Request Deadline

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the

product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, products must:

Be unused and in original packaging

Show no signs of wear, damage, odour, or dirt

Include all tags, accessories, and original items

Products that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer.

Change of Mind

Exchanges due to personal preference (colour, size, or model) are not guaranteed and

are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Manufacturing DefectsIf a manufacturing defect is identified, customers must provide:

Order number

Description of the issue

Short video clearly showing the defect

Approved cases may receive a replacement, store credit, or a full refund including

shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and

approved. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method.

Shipping Costs

Manufacturing defects: shipping costs covered by the store

Customer-related issues: shipping costs paid by the customer
